SR2digi-signage can accept most image formats (such as JPG, GIFF, animated GIFF), most popular video files (such as ASF, WMP, AVI, MPEG), Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation files, Flash files, RSS Feeds data, Website links and TV (Astro). |

What type of display unit can I use? |

Depending on your requirements. You can use any types of display such as CRT monitor, PC monitor, LCD monitor, LCD TV, Plasma TV and event LED. |

Do I need any additional hardware or software if I want to show any live feeds from TV channels? |

You only need to ensure the PC has a TV card that can be attached to TV antenna or decoder such as ASTRO. You do not need any additional software as the application will be able to capture the image through the TV card. |

How many display can I attached to SR2digi-signage? |

Depending on your requirement and type of software version you purchased from us. The standalone can handle only one-to-one scenario. Meaning, 1 PC to 1 display. But you can use a splitter (VGA or DVI or HDMI) to split the image to multiple display. But this will result to projecting same images for all display units. Unlike the network version, each display can have different image projected through SR2digi-box. |

How does the network version works? |

Similar to the standalone version, additionaly the image can be displayed to a remote location. However, an additional hardware is required in order to receive the feed from the host. This will require SR2digi-box to be installed at the remote display unit location. Each SR2digi-box will be assigned an IP address to be recognized from remote access host. |
