What type of MyKAD information being captured? |

Most basic ones such as name, address, gender, race, religion, ic no, picture, and nationality (optional). The optional feature will only be added if needed by the client. |

Can the person at the security post alter the captured data? |

No. We have made it very secured. Data captured can only be viewed and printed by an authorized personnel which you shall appoint. The security post personnel can only view a list of current visitors in your premise with a very specific viewing panel. |

I wanted to add few features in the panel, can it be done? |

Yes. MyGuard™ can be customized to fit your business needs. Meaning new panel and fields can be added or removed whatever current fields that do not fit you. Additional cost may be applied. |

Can I access the data captured by MyGuard™ from other PC terminal rather than at the security post? |

Yes, you can. There is a MyGuard™ Admin tool which can be bought seperately should you require it. It allows you to connect to the MyGuard™ installed on the PC at the security post and view the data as you wish. As long as your premise has a internet/network capability. The MyGuard™ Admin tool comes with the first purchase license of MyGuard™ and therefore, any additional MyGuard™ Admin tool must be purchased separetly. |
