OVERVIEW
What is SR2 MyGuard™? It is a tool that keeps track your incoming visitors in your premises. It provides information such as the people they meet in your premise, time-in and out, and other information you wish to know about your visitor such as where they are from, etc.
SR2 MyGuard™ is a customized based software. This means it can be tweaked to suite your needs at best. It can be used as part of your security system. This tool is something you might want to have as it provides evidence of people entry and their whereabouts during and after getting into your premise.
It captures the information from the visitor's MyKAD in seconds thus eliminates the long queue for your visitors to enter your premise. No technical knowledge required to run the software. This gives an advantage for those who are not computer literate to be able to run the software without any hassle. Therefore, it is very suitable to install SR2 MyGuard™ over at your security post or any main entry points.
It has two versions in which one is network based and the other is simply a standalone. The standalone version runs on a sinlge PC/terminal and visitors data are stored in the same PC/terminal. For the network based, the SR2 MyGuard™ is stored in a single PC/terminal but the data can be accessed from other PCs/terminals using its own tool known as SR2 MyGuard™ Admin. With this network feature, it allows you to check all your visitors data wherever you at as long as you are connected to the internet. Of course, such ability only be given to a specific user. Either you bought the standalone or network based SR2 MyGuard™ version, you do not have to worry for any data breached from your security personnel because only a specific user who granted permission to run SR2 MyGuard™ Admin can view the data.
